Receiving products

4. Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer, together with the seller or its authorized representative, undertakes to check the condition of the shipment and the goods and sign the invoice, consignment note or other document of acceptance and transfer of the package. If the buyer signs the consignment note, consignment note or other document of acceptance and transfer of the package, it is considered that the parcel has been delivered in good condition and there is no damage to the goods caused by a manufacturing defect, as well as discrepancies in the complete set of goods (such as can be detected during an external inspection of the goods)

Damage to products

5. If the buyer notices that the packaging of the delivered goods is damaged (crumpled, wet or otherwise externally damaged), the goods are spoiled or the goods are not assembled correctly, they undertake to note this on the invoice, consignment note or other document of acceptance and transfer of the packaging and prepare for the seller or in the presence of their representative a free-form document on the damage (non-conformity) of the shipment and (or) goods. If the buyer fails to do this, the seller is released from liability to the buyer for damage to the goods (unless the cause of this damage is a manufacturing defect) and non-conformity of the goods (if these non-conformities can be detected upon external inspection of the goods). If the buyer picks up the ordered goods from a SmartPOST or Omniva parcel machine and notices a non-conformity, they must immediately notify the http://pudra.ee team.
