Order conditions
1. APPLICABILITY OF THE TERMS OF SALE
1) The controller of personal data of the PUDRA online store is PUDRA OÜ (registration number: 16125643), Kangelaste prospekt 14-29 Narva Ida-Virumaa 20607, tel. +372 5670 3025 and e-mail: info@pudra.ee
2) In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of goods in the Pudra.ee online store are regulated by the Law of Obligations Act (hereinafter VÕS), the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter TKS) and other legal acts in force in the Republic of Estonia.
3) The Pudra.ee online store reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale. These changes are displayed on the Pudra.ee website.
2. PRICE INFORMATION
1) Pudra OÜ is a VAT payer, all prices include VAT.
2) The price of delivery is added to the purchase price according to the delivery method selected by the Consumer.
To order a product, you must add the desired product to the basket. To place an order, fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate delivery method for the product. The price will then be displayed on the screen, which can be safely paid in the following ways:

Payments are made by Maksekeskus AS. Payments are made outside the Online Store in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details. The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the due amount to the current account of the Online Store.
The owner of the Online Store is the main processor of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS.
3) Prices are valid from the moment the order is placed until the payment deadline for the placed order expires (3 days from the moment the invoice is issued).
4) If the order is submitted before the terms or prices change, the terms and conditions that were in effect at the time of placing the order shall apply to the legal relationship between the Consumer and Pudra.ee.
5) The online store Pudra.ee reserves the right to change sales prices. Such changes are displayed on the Pudra.ee website.
3. PLACING AN ORDER
1) Select the appropriate product.
2) Add the selected products to the basket.
3) To place an order, first click on the “Place an order” link in the basket.
4) Fill in the required data fields on the checkout page, select the appropriate delivery method for the product and click on the “Submit order” link.
When confirming the order, an invoice will be displayed on the screen, which you can pay using a bank link or via bank transfer. You will find the details required for payment by bank transfer on the page with the invoice. When paying by domestic bank transfer, be sure to include the order number in the payment details. We will also send an invoice to your email in case you want to pay for the order later.
5) Fill in the fields on the details and order confirmation pages carefully, since the speed of delivery of the product you purchased, as well as the resolution of possible disputes and claims, depend on the accuracy and correctness of the information provided.
6) Orders submitted to the online store are processed on business days (Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00). If the order is submitted on Friday after 14:00, it will be processed the following Monday. This condition also applies if you select the delivery method “I will come to pick up the goods myself”. Before you come to pick up your order, be sure to call +372 5670 3025 .
4. ENTRY INTO EFFECT OF THE SALE AGREEMENT
1) By means of the contract of sale of goods, the online store Pudra.ee undertakes to transfer to the Consumer the goods that are in stock, manufactured or purchased in the future by the online store Pudra.ee, and to ensure the transfer of ownership to the Consumer. The Consumer, for his part, undertakes to pay the online store Pudra.ee the amount indicated in the submitted invoice and to accept the goods.
2) Unpaid orders are cancelled after 3 days from the moment of placing the order.
3) The contract of sale enters into force from the moment the Consumer’s payment is received in the bank account of the online store.
5. DELIVERY
1) After the contract has entered into force, the Pudra.ee online store will complete the order and transfer it to its logistics partner for delivery. The goods are usually delivered within 1-7 business days.
2) The delivery times specified on the website of the online store are valid from the moment the order amount is received in the bank account of the online store.
3) In order to ensure timely delivery, you should be careful and provide correct and valid data when placing an order, in particular when entering delivery data.
4) The Pudra.ee online store is not responsible for delays in delivery of goods if the goods were transferred to the logistics partner in a timely manner, and the delay is due to circumstances that the Pudra.ee online store could not influence or foresee.
5) If the ordered goods could not be delivered due to the end of stock, Pudra.ee will notify you of this and immediately return the money paid (including the cost of transferring the goods), but no later than within 14 days from the date of sending the notification.

6. RIGHT OF RETURN
1) After receiving the order, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Online Store without giving reasons within 14 days.
2) In the event of deterioration of the condition of the item to be returned, the Consumer is liable for the decrease in value due to use only if they have used the item in a manner other than that required to verify its nature, properties and functioning. In order to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the item, the Consumer must handle and use it only in the way that they would be allowed to do so in the store.
3) To return the goods, a declaration of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted and sent to info@pudra.ee no later than within 14 days of receiving the goods.
4) The Consumer must return the goods within the next 14 days from the date of submission of the declaration or provide documentary evidence that they have handed over the goods to the logistics company within the specified period.
5) Upon receipt of the withdrawal notice, the Pudra.ee online store shall immediately, but no later than within 14 days, return to the Consumer all payments received from the Consumer under the contract, including the delivery costs incurred by the Consumer, unless the Consumer has directly chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest one offered by the entrepreneur (parcel machine). In this case, the online store is not obliged to return costs exceeding the costs of the standard delivery method.
6) The costs associated with the return (e.g. postage) shall be paid by the Consumer.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
1) The online store Pudra.ee is not liable for damage caused to the Consumer or for delayed delivery of goods if the damage or delayed delivery is caused by circumstances that the online store Pudra.ee could not influence and could not foresee.
8. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
1) By entering data in the online store, the Consumer grants the right to collect and process their personal data (name and surname, contact phone number, parcel delivery address and/or home address, e-mail address) and to forward personal data to the logistics partner for the purpose of delivery.
2) The online store Pudra.ee has the right to use data on the place of residence or location of the Consumer for the purpose of sending them advertising or other information.
3) The Consumer may at any time prohibit the collection and use of their personal data, except when this is necessary for the collection of claims arising from the contract or the delivery of goods.
4) Electronic personal data for direct mail may be used only if the Consumer has given separate consent for this on the Pudra.ee website.
5) By means of encrypted communication with banks when paying for purchases, the Consumer ensures the security of their personal bank details, to which the online store does not have access.
